License Agreement

This agreement sets the terms for using source-code software purchased from Tezgâh. It is accepted at checkout, and the accepted version is stored with the order.

Grant

The buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchased product and tier. Ownership and intellectual property in the source code remain with the seller.

The code is yours forever: you may keep using delivered releases after your update and support period ends.

Tiers

  • Single: one live install for the buyer’s own business, one developer, 12 months of updates and support.
  • Unlimited: unlimited installs for the buyer’s own business, up to three developers, 12 months of updates and support.
  • Agency / SaaS: client projects, white-label and the right to offer the software as a hosted service to third parties, up to ten developers, 24 months of updates and support, one setup service.
  • Business Package: Single license rights plus setup, configuration and training.

You may

  • Modify and use the code as you like within the projects your tier allows.
  • Offer the modified software to end users as a service (on behalf of third parties with the Agency / SaaS tier).

You may not

  • Sell, distribute, sublicense or publish the code itself, alone or with trivial changes, including in a public repository.
  • Use the code to build a competing template, starter kit or ready-made software product.
  • Remove copyright and license notices from the files.
  • Use the code or documentation to train AI models.
  • Alter or remove the license key or the buyer fingerprint embedded in the package.

Updates and support

Updates and support last as long as your tier states and can be extended by yearly renewal. Support covers help with installation according to the docs and bug fixes; it does not cover custom development.

Termination

Breaching these terms ends the license automatically and requires deleting all copies. On refund or chargeback, download and repository access are revoked.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”. The seller warrants that the features listed on the product page work in the delivered release and is not liable for indirect damages. Consumers’ statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. For disputes between merchants, Istanbul courts have jurisdiction; consumers keep their statutory rights.
