This notice explains how we process the personal data you share through the quote and contact form on our website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

We do not collect your IP address, location or any cookie-based tracking data.
Why we process it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote
- To schedule a demo or walkthrough if you ask for one
- To handle pre-sales communication
- To meet legal obligations and to establish facts in a dispute
Legal basis
We process your data because it is directly necessary to enter into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), to establish, exercise or defend a right (art. 5/2-e), and for our legitimate interests where these do not override your fundamental rights (art. 5/2-f). Your explicit consent is not required to answer your request, and we don’t ask for it.

Directly from you, electronically, through the form on our website.
Sharing
We never share your data for marketing. It may be shared with our server and hosting providers only as far as their service requires. Transfers to providers located outside Türkiye follow the conditions of KVKK art. 9. Authorities may receive it where the law requires.
Retention
Requests that don’t lead to a sale are kept for at most two years, then deleted or anonymized. Where a request leads to a sale, the retention periods required by law apply.
Your rights
- Learn whether your data is processed, and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
- Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under KVKK art. 7
- Ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to third parties who received your data
- Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
