Digital products
Digital content is delivered instantly. At checkout you’ll be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as permitted under Turkish and EU consumer law.
Installation guarantee
If the software can’t be installed according to the documentation and our support can’t resolve it, we refund requests made within 7 days of delivery. On refund, download and repository access are revoked.
Services
Setup, store launch and custom development are fully refunded if cancelled before work begins. After work begins, the completed part is deducted.
